About this printable
This maze has bold, thick lines and wide pathways, making it easy for little hands to trace. It's designed for very young children learning to guide a pencil. The simple layout and clear start point help build confidence as they navigate towards the crescent goal.
This page is perfect for practicing early pencil grip and control. Use it during quiet time, as a quick activity to develop focus, or as part of a lesson on shapes and nighttime. It's a great way to encourage independent completion.

Questions about this printable
Is there a catch with this free download? ▾
None. There is no signup wall and no trial: the page you print is the page you see, without a watermark. Ads around the page are what keep it free.
What paper size does it print on? ▾
The file is laid out for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and prints just as cleanly on A4 — turn on "Fit to page" in your print dialog and it scales to about 97%, which nobody can see by eye.
Can I print it more than once? ▾
As many times as you like. Plain copy paper is all it needs. If you use the same sheet daily, slip it into a plastic wallet and write on it with a dry-wipe marker — one printed page then lasts weeks.
Can I use it in my classroom? ▾
Yes. Teachers, homeschool parents, childminders and libraries may print unlimited copies for their own children at no cost and with no permission needed. The only thing you may not do is sell it, sell prints of it, or pass the file itself around — share a link to this page instead.

This page is part of 45 Free Pencil Control Mazes for Toddlers, which has 45 printables in it. You can take them one at a time, or use the "Download all" button on the set's page to get every page in one go.
Can I change it? ▾
This one is a true vector PDF — every line is a shape and the text is still live text, so it opens in Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity or Canva and can be edited. That is for your own use: the licence does not allow reselling it, edited or not.
