The file is laid out for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and prints just as cleanly on A4 — turn on "Fit to page" in your print dialog and it scales to about 97%, which nobody can see by eye.
What should I colour it with? ▾
Anything you already have. Pencils and crayons sit on the surface and need nothing special; markers want cardstock, or at least a sacrifice sheet under the page to save your table.
